Members Profile

Dawn is currently the Executive Director of the Nevada Statewide Independent Living Council. She has a master’s degree in public administration and completed three years of Clinical Psychology training in a doctoral program, during which time she completed research and provided health and wellness workshops for homeless and disadvantaged youth. She has multiple invisible disabilities as well as two daughters with disabilities. She is a passionate advocate for social justice and public welfare and works diligently to create systems change that is meaningful.
