As the Executive Director of the Sandra Beasley Independent Living Center, I am new to the role and bring a strong commitment to serving individuals with disabilities and supporting programs that promote independence and inclusion. I am dedicated to advancing opportunities for individuals with disabilities to live independently and fully participate in their communities. In my role, I oversee daily operations, program development, and community partnerships, while advocating for policies and resources that remove barriers for people with disabilities. I am committed to building strong relationships with local organizations, stakeholders, and supporters to expand services and strengthen our impact throughout Northwest Oklahoma. My leadership is guided by the belief that individuals with disabilities are the best experts in their own lives. Through collaboration, innovation, and a deep commitment to service, I strive to create an environment where independence, dignity, and opportunity are accessible to all.
