Kayi Ntinda
Kayi Ntinda, PhD, is an assistant professor in Rehabilitation Services and Counseling at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Her research centers on inclusive community participation for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, promoting social well-being and quality of life by applying the World Health Organization International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) framework. Her work spans advancing learning communities in educational programs, promoting community-based rehabilitation for social development in under-resourced settings, and minoritized populations.
