SAIL is a federally recognized Independent Living Center (ILC) serving seniors and people with disabilities throughout Southeast Alaska. SAIL’s mission is to Inspire Personal Independence. The organization operates under the independent living philosophy that people with disabilities are their own best advocates and are entitled to self-determination, equal opportunity, dignity, and self-respect.
